The Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors are entitled to receive compensation for their work and contributions to the company. According to the Nominations and Remuneration Charter, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders gives the Board of Commissioners the authority to set the remuneration for both boards.

 

The Board of Commissioners determines the amount based on the scope of work, financial situation, market standards, the achievement and budget plan, and individual performance of each member.
