Anabatic Technologies believes that enforcement of the Code is critical to fostering a healthy and transparent business environment. We understand that violations and fraudulent practices can damage the company’s performance, reputation and sustainability.

 

We have established a Whistleblowing System (WBS) to prevent and report fraud or violations to uphold our commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This system aims to promote responsible business practices and to eliminate corruption, collusion and nepotism.

 

We encourage all employees to understand and commit to our corporate values and empower them to report violations through the WBS.

 

We also conduct campaigns on the WBS and include information on the Code of Conduct in the Employment Agreement signed by all employees, as well as in Company Regulations to raise awareness.
