Code of Conduct

Anabatic Technologies is committed to effectively implementing the Code and has established a whistleblowing system to encourage all employees and stakeholders to actively participate.
 
To reinforce this commitment, we conduct annual campaigns to refresh employee understanding.
 
We have introduced a fun and interactive app called MoLeawiz, which makes learning about our CoC more engaging. Employees can engage in engaging sessions that make understanding our policy feel like a game and easy to learn.
 
We have a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in all locations where we operate, and we are committed to implementing effective systems to combat these issues. Our Board of Directors reviews any reported breaches of the CoC on a quarterly basis, while our internal audit team assesses and reports any significant risks or breaches to the Audit Committee.
 
All employees are required to report any suspected breaches of the CoC. They can do so directly to management or through the Whistleblower service. We strictly prohibit retaliation against those who report violations in good faith.
