Celebrating National Education Day, Anabatic Technologies Supports the Enhancement of Education Quality in Indonesia

PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (IDX: ATIC) fully understands the importance of the company’s role in maintaining the welfare of society amid increasingly complex global challenges. Therefore, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not only an obligation but also a tangible manifestation of commitment to help build a better future.

With that spirit, Anabatic Technologies together with Helios Informatika Nusantara, a subsidiary of our subholding, CTI Group, launched a CSR initiative to provide tablets as learning facilities to children in Lombok. Company representatives handed over 20 tablets that will be distributed by Yayasan Peduli Anak on Thursday (25/04/2024), in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

Yayasan Peduli Anak is a non-profit organization for the welfare of children in Lombok and Sumbawa. The foundation is present to provide family-like care, education, family care at home, medical care, and legal support to thousands of underprivileged, neglected, and abused children.

By utilizing technology, the program is expected to provide wider and more equitable access to education, especially in remote areas. This collaboration is a clear example of how the private sector can play an active role in advancing the quality of education in Indonesia.

“The provision of these tablets is not just a physical aid but also a symbol of our long-term commitment to encourage digital inclusion among children. By having access to technology, we hope that children in Lombok can more easily access learning resources, improve digital skills, and develop their potential to the fullest,” said Camelia Suryana Bong, Head of Corporate Secretary of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk.

In addition to tablets, Anabatic Technologies also included a collection of reading books and healthy food. A good education not only includes academic aspects but also health and adequate nutrition. By providing quality reading materials and nutritious food, it is hoped that children in Lombok can grow and develop optimally.

Anabatic is a leading public IT company in Indonesia and this CSR program is an affirmation of the company’s support for the development of disadvantaged areas. By supporting children’s education, the company is supporting the government’s vision to improve the quality of human resources across Indonesia.

“We believe that investing in the younger generation is a strategic step in building a solid foundation for the progress of a nation. By continuing to invest in education and community welfare, we can together build a brighter future for future generations,” Camelia concluded.
