PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (IDX: ATIC) has announced a restructuring of the board of commissioners. The announcement was delivered as the agenda at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday (28/03/2024) at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang.
This restructuring of the board of commissioners is a response to the resignation of Kei Andoh. He officially ended his tenure through a resignation letter submitted on January 31, 2024.
Following this, Anabatic Technologies has appointed Josaku Yanai as the successor to Kei Andoh on the board of commissioners. As the Representative Director and Executive Vice President of TIS INTEC Group, Josaku Yanai brings extensive experience and expertise in his field, expected to bolster Anabatic’s market position and propel the company to new heights.
“This decision was taken as Mr. Andoh had been assigned to other duties. We sincerely thank him for his contributions over the years and wish him continued success in his career journey,” said Hideaki Ohashi, Director of PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk.
Furthermore, Ohashi explained that to fill this position, the company announced that Josaku Yanai will replace Andoh. Yanai is a director of TIS INTEC Group, which is one of Anabatic’s shareholders.
“We are confident that with Mr Yanai’s experience and leadership, we will continue to grow and achieve greater success in the future,” he added.
With the departure and appointment of the Board of Commissioners on Thursday, the current membership of the Board of Commissioners of Anabatic Technologies is Ignasius Jonan as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, Antonius Agus Susanto as Commissioner, and Josaku Yanai, Commissioner.
This move is also viewed as the company’s proactive strategy to enhance Anabatic’s capacity, strengthen corporate oversight and governance, and ensure operational agility in navigating the ever-evolving market dynamics.
